The Company was incorporated on 30th July, 1985 in the name and style of Impex Services Ltd.

The Company’s Shares are listed in the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited.

The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Institution not accepting Public Deposit and is registered with the Reserve Bank of India. At present Board of Directors constitute of five Directors.

The overall management of the Company managed under the overall supervision, control and guidance of the Board of Directors.
